These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Dynamic Resource Group LLC (“DRG”) website at thedynamicresourcegroup.com and describe our text messaging program. If you sign a separate DRG service agreement, that agreement governs the services covered by it.

It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and a website visit or inquiry does not establish a client relationship. Your options depend on your agreement and circumstances. Contact and Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize DRG to respond using the contact method you provide, subject to the separate SMS consent choices described below. Submitting an inquiry does not require you to purchase services. Details of any paid engagement will be provided in a separate written service agreement.

SMS Messaging Program

If you opt in through a DRG form or another documented method, DRG may send text messages about inquiries, consultations, appointment reminders, and service updates. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, we may also send offers and promotional information about DRG services. Consent to receive texts, including marketing texts, is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to promotional texts.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with DRG. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of DRG texts at any time or HELP for assistance. Acceptable Use
